Dr. Amanda Baranski, LCSW

Depression, grief, and life transitions, along with anxiety, trauma and PTSD, divorce and relationship changes, stress, self-esteem, and rebuilding life after trauma. She works with both individuals and families, and welcomes LGBTQ+ clients.

HOW SHE WORKS

Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Clinical Director of Rise & Rally, with eighteen years in practice. She serves as President of the NASW Colorado Chapter and teaches in the graduate social work program at MSU Denver, where much of her work has centered on clinical ethics. Her approach is collaborative, grounded, and practical: therapy should help you understand yourself more deeply and actually move forward.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, alongside trauma-focused, attachment-based, psychodynamic, interpersonal, and person-centered approaches.

Sarah Stover, MSW, LSW

Sarah believes meaningful change comes from understanding the deeper roots of what we are experiencing, not just managing surface symptoms. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, and she brings a personal understanding of navigating ADHD, chronic illness, and recovery from a traumatic brain injury. She practices under the clinical supervision of Dr. Amanda Baranski.

    I provide individual and family therapy and conflict resolution services that center healing, liberation, and relational integrity. My work is grounded in psychodynamic and relational theory and guided by anti-oppressive, anti-racist principles. I support individuals, families, and communities in unpacking trauma, reclaiming their narratives, and moving toward fuller, more connected ways of being. I also facilitate mediation and restorative dialogue for individuals, families, and organizations seeking to transform conflict into opportunities for growth, accountability, and meaningful change.
